An All Call & Meditation With Your Spirit Guides and the Universe

What is an “All Call”? An All Call is an interesting metaphysical term that refers to the process of communicating to the Ascended Masters of the Universe also known as a collective of love and truth. There are several formative layers to An All Call that can help in understanding it. Initially, the term “All Call” is like an alert that is projected by the mind out and beyond to these higher conscious souls requesting assistance or information. It indicates a particular need or growing interest in gathering available master souls around you, which has many uplifting benefits. Once they have assembled around you it is considered to be a metaphysically convening conference. The term “All Call” then acutely refers to the ensuing conference.

There are actually many desirable reasons to do all calls and communicate to Ascended Masters. For one, you can request the aid of these benevolent souls by asking them to kindly look into your energy and remove anything metaphysical in the area that could be causing you to feel depressed, hopeless or physically pained. Such examples of removable metaphysical phenomena that could be affecting you and even your loved ones include entities, tethers, cords, anchors, and even magic and Reiki. I have had all of the aforementioned removed from my energy at one time or another. Having certain metaphysical phenomena such as these removed can help prepare your energy for meditation, which increases the likelihood of truthful information coming into your mind psychically in addition to simply making you feel physically and emotionally better.

Doing All Calls is important for many reasons. As a daily practice it can help you to hone your different psychic abilities, further develop your conscious awareness, and provide routine protection. It is a refined and intricate system of communicating that does not have to be limited to a single temporary experience. You can even do more than one All Call a day if you so desire. In fact, I highly recommend making it, at the very least, a daily practice that is as common to you as any other regular morning exercise such as brushing your teeth. Doing All Calls regularly keeps communication consistently open with this extensive network of enlightened beings that can be seen somewhat as a phenomenal and reliable energetic telephone. Consistent and routine communication is one key way to really establishing this process as a budding relationship between you and the Ascended Masters of the Universe. Furthermore, because spirits and maligning entities can come and go from anywhere in the Universe you may find yourself surrounded by new groups of beings from time to time which need to be addressed and helped along. Some may have even returned to you despite specific instruction from the Universe not to do so and at times need to be removed, moved along or incarnated more than once by these ascended beings whom do so with highest good intentions in the highest good of all. Even maligning entities are souls and as such are considered by the Universe as beings with the potential to become enlightened master souls themselves.

If you are not among those suffering from intervals of debilitating psychic attack you can still benefit from learning how to do All Calls and listening in your meditations. Meditation, in the context of this document, refers to the time designated for sitting calmly and listening for the Universe by clearing your mind in preparation. Once the mind is clear, it is necessary to calmly observe the thoughts coming into it as well as the kinesthetic sensations throughout the body. The Universe can actually answer questions about many interesting topics: reincarnation, extraterrestrials and even the original Creator Soul whom we generally refer to as God. They can offer you specific suggestions for further honing your psi abilities that are specific to individual awareness levels and varying genetic compositions (for instance, some people view things clairvoyantly in their mind and others view them three dimensionally coexisting in the environment around them). If you choose to focus your meditation on a particular question to which you desire the answer, you can then spend your time listening to and feeling the specific kinds of information coming into it. To help you engage in inquiry during a meditation I will outline a basic system which involves asking “yes” or “no” questions and then waiting patiently for telepathic responses. Answers can be transmitted as complicated composite verbal messages or as simple positive and negative feelings resonating as truth or doubt. Answers, however, are not always available to us just because we ask questions and that is because many things can be blocked for our protection and the protection of those we inquire about. Trust me, this is way more reassuring than you might initially consider, but I will divulge this topic in another document.

There are various ways that Ascended Masters may choose to share information with you. The method they implement can largely depend on their ability to evade and circumvent attacking beings around you as well as your particular level of psi awareness. This merely means that they have to look out for their own well-being as well as yours and that sometimes they may even have to take a more undercover approach to getting messages to you. This especially applies to any master soul who may be assigned to you as a guide. As the energy of the beings around you “calms down” following an All Call, these guides then will generally come back around. So do not be dismayed if it seems that you are not getting immediate answers to your questions or if the energy around you persists to feel dense, stagnating and unproductive. I have had this happen on multiple occasions and I consistently feel relief within 24-48 hours in the sensation of sudden uplifting emotions. It also lightens up around my body as the dense energy of oppressive beings is lifted and physically moved off of me. This is referred to as a “change out” of energy and leaves the impression of suddenly feeling like the space around you has been vacuum sucked and is literally, at once, empty. Rest assured, it totally means that beings have been moved along and that your request for an All Call has been heard and looked into. The physical and emotional discomfort may not always go away completely but their response results in consistent relief that you can rely on. For instance, I went from having hundreds of souls attacking me at once to now only one that seems to consistently pain me. It’s a huge difference, and I have hope that this being also will be moved along one day. In the meantime, keep your meditation progressing despite dense energy and harsh emotions by cultivating your awareness toward the most positive thoughts and feelings coming into your mind; learn skillfully to ignore the ones that are hurtful, dense and heavy feeling. 

Unruly entities in our energy can have an effect on how clearly information comes across to us. If there are too many unruly beings intercepting the network of benevolent enlightened beings, their energy can be diluted or manipulated causing you to feel extremely uncomfortable, frustrated and anxious. If this is the case, your guides are probably sending you clairsentient feelings of doubt indicating that you should not trust the information coming in and that you may even consider taking a break. At this time, simply end your meditation and disconnect by ignoring the unruly entities. Switch your strategy to one of coping. Shake off the disparaging emotions by changing your activity and keeping your mind occupied. In the case of physical pain, in addition to applying self-care methods like heating pads, stretching or self-massage, consider seeking out the advice of a medical doctor, as there can be damaging results that need actual physical attention. Remain busy until your next “covert” interaction with your ascended master guide(s). Chances are, your guide will find a subtle and pleasant way to cleverly make their presence known to you when they return. This is generally individual specific so just keep your mind expressly open to them and I personally recommend keeping a dated journal of these particularly interesting and positive occurrences.

Perhaps nothing illustrates our need to stick together as evolving psychic beings more than this far too common scenario of feeling abandoned, isolated and terrified as malevolent beings continue to belligerently come around us without Universal permission despite our diligent attempts to do All Calls. This harrowing experience can leave us feeling abandoned, vulnerable to debilitating subjected negative emotion and in resultant intense physical pain. What do we do if it has been several days or even a week and we feel like our All Calls are not working, i.e. getting out to the Universe? The only real way around this situation is to literally push yourself to the telephone or Internet, call a friend and have them do an All Call for you. In fact contact as many of your friends who can do All Calls as it takes to get the energy cleared up around you. Blocked All Calls and meditations are an acute indication of metaphysical “shenanigans” and that it is time to get others involved. These are extreme cases of psychic attack in which our guides may need to stealthily back away from us for their own safety as I have previously described. In this case it is highly likely that your very own emotions are being blocked from your very self as malevolent entities, entirely too close to your body, are attempting to possess you. This can feel like a vibration or a buzz physically up against you with constant restless, anxious and negative emotions in it. Essentially, this interference makes it very difficult to sense any positive information coming from your guide or any other being that is genuinely trying to help you from a safe distance. As a result, the Universe is essentially being prevented from hearing your messages, so do not believe that they are ignoring you. Rather, they are being intercepted. This is another example of a major disconnection in the energy of the Universal telephone. Call your physical friends and ask them go into a combined major All Call on your behalf. Their guides will hear the request for help and get messages out to the Universe and to your physical friends. Once alerted, this invisible force of enlightened souls will begin to look closely into what is going on around you. Generally speaking, it takes a couple of days after this for things to calm down and consistently lighten up again. Do not be surprised if you experience a change out of energy shortly after alerting your friends and their guides.

Doing an All Call and engaging in listening meditation is really a simple step-by-step process. While no meditation is ever quite the same as the previous one, I find that they have a cumulative motivation on my awareness and psi skills. I now find these steps to be extremely grounding. After enduring so many different levels of psychic attack, I can ultimately refer back to these steps as a routine source of comfort knowing that benevolent beings will come to assist me. While these steps are a reliable way to prepare for meditating with the Universe and initiate interaction with the Ascended Masters, they are not by any means all-inclusive, which leaves a lot of room for individuation. During your All Call you may be guided to do something in particular that works specifically for you, so remain open to receiving this additional information in your meditation clairsentiently, clairaudiently or clairvoyantly. Should you find yourself getting uncomfortable during your meditation, feel free to get up and stretch your muscles. Clear your mind with a few deep breaths and simply return to your preferred position.

You can connect to the Universe in an All Call and share with them anything that you may be feeling. As an attack sufferer, I was finding it difficult to talk to anyone around me about what was happening. I didn’t want to burden other people with my emotional suffering when so many of them simply did not conceptually understand what I was experiencing. So, I decided one afternoon to simply start talking to the Universe as if they were like metaphysical counselors. This had a remarkable healing effect on me that I cannot completely explain. I just know that I was heard and that I always felt better getting things off of my chest. Letting them bottle up inside of me was driving me up the wall. It’s never healthy to remain isolated when you experience traumatic psychic attacks. If you feel particularly isolated this is a very good mental and emotional outlet. However, it is not a substitute for either human interaction or a unique social network of psychic friends. The Universe will not become angry with you no matter what you think or feel, but consider becoming friends with other people going through this and sharing your experiences, as this will help others. If you are not feeling particularly isolated, there are still benefits to confiding in the Universe so feel free to give them a “call”.

THE ALL CALL AND MEDITATION

1. Sit, stand or recline comfortably remaining fairly composed.
Find a comfortable position to sit or merely be composed in for about 20 or 30 minutes. I actually prefer to dedicate at least three hours to this process but ease yourself up to this point if that seems like a long time. As your sense of discernment and awareness grow you may find that you suddenly slip into whole afternoons of meditation enjoying the practice of discerning positive and/or negative phenomena with little to no concern for time. If you are physically under attack by an entity and find it difficult to remain still, just do the best you can. You can still learn how to do this even if you wiggle a little or have a pet sit on your lap for comfort.

2. Clear your mind and relax your body with a few deep breaths.
This is considered centering in modern psychological context, which is sufficient for understanding it here. Centering is merely harnessing your mind’s attention to review stimulus in your environment, which includes your physical body. To get started, just take a few deep breaths and gently concentrate on relaxing your body. If it seems you are unable to completely quiet the mind don’t worry, especially those of you under telekinetic and telepathic attacks. Just do the best you can and prepare to observe the thoughts and emotions that will be coming into your mind. Stay relaxed and do not pay attention to fear emotions. Fear is temporary, as any other thought or emotion, so try the approach of brushing it off and moving on with the meditation. This is actually called mindfulness and you can use this technique with any troubling thought or unsettling emotion at any time even beyond meditation.

3. Surround yourself with a large area of white light.
Using your mind (mind’s eye) visualize a large area of white light surrounding your whole body. I generally prefer to do this with my eyes open to circumvent projected images from maligning entities, but it also works with eyes closed. This is visually discernible around you by all types of metaphysical beings. The most important aspect of this step is that the Ascended Masters specifically can see this white light occurring at your location on the earth. Like a candle in the dark it emerges through any dark energy surrounding you indicating that you need counsel. Generally about ten or twelve feet in diameter is sufficient. Make it any shape you want to and try to make it really, really bright. Some examples I have used are spheres, cubes, intersecting planes of light, and abstract amoeba-like forms around my body. I have even used a cylindrical tube of light extending from my head to the Universe as a long outstretched beam piercing the density of beings accumulating on top of me. Do whatever works for you and remain versatile. If it appears to you that your white light has a particular hue (color tinted), simply observe it and continue moving on.

4. Visualize the Universe by seeing the stars above the earth.
Now that you are surrounded by light, using your mind (mind’s eye), visualize the Universe by letting your awareness rise above the earth’s atmosphere to view the stars. These are the minds of the Ascended Masters that you are trying to reach. See as many of them as you can and reach as high and wide as you feel moved to reach. It may seem like they are subtly appearing into your mind with little effort. Just let this happen and observe it. Sometimes it seems like I am viewing them in a 360° panoramic video that I can view from any direction. This is called remote viewing. Try this and see for yourself by moving your awareness around with your will. For the meditation, you want to move your awareness towards the brightest white lights available moving upward but do not be dismayed if they sometimes come in dim. This can happen from time to time especially if a maligning entity has placed another being on top of your head without permission or projected an image in front of your mind to obstruct your view. Just keep the stars in your mind once you see them and move on to the next step.

5. In your mind do the All Call by saying: Universe, All Call around me, I need help. Please clear up the energy around me so that I may meditate in my highest good.
Once you have done the All Call it is important to prepare yourself to listen to the thoughts that will come into your mind. Some of you may experience clairsentient emotions instead of words or verbal messages. Should this occur try to understand that either experience is proof that this works and that cumulative meditations will yield cumulative results. As the Ascendant Masters look into your energy, simply continue to remain relaxed. If there are unruly beings around you they will do what they can to remove them and help them along. This can take awhile so do not stress out if you can help it. I personally know how harrowing this experience can be under severe cases of psychic attack and implore you to continue persisting in this endeavor. Comforting emotions and thoughts will usually come into your mind and you will generally be guided to find a coping method. At this point, you can choose to end your meditation. Remain observant for the next couple of days as the energy around you changes out and begins to feel lighter. Repeat this process as you feel guided to. To ask the Universe a question, proceed to the next steps. (See below for additional All Call phrases and feel free to come up with your own.)

6. Ask the Universe a question.
For example: Universe, Do I have a guide?
Now that you have done your first All Call, you may consider asking the Universe some questions about your guide. First of all, do you have a guide? Not everyone has a guide but if you prefer to have one the Universe can and will arrange it. They will know from your emotions if you want one so just know that it will be done. Ask the Universe your question, then stay relaxed and wait for the answer. Feel it as a vibration all around you centering in your whole being. “Yes” answers generally feel like friendly vibrations and I myself do not usually hear the word “yes” in my mind even though I have the ability to. With a “no” answer I usually have what I can only describe as a lingering icky feeling while thinking in my mind that “something is not right”. It’s hard to explain, but if it does not feel like a positive, friendly “yes” with love emotions then consider that doubt feeling a very strong “no” answer. The key to honing this aspect of discernment is to remain positive, relaxed and patient.  

7. Verify your answer by asking it again.
Universe, do I have a guide?
To verify the answer to your question clear your mind and ask it again. With “yes” and “no” answers, practice sensing the truth and doubt emotions behind them. There is no limit to how many times you may repeat a question to verify the truth so practice this step with any question as often as you like to get to know the emotions of the masters assisting you. Their emotions are lighter and kinder than that of lower density beings that may be hurting you and learning to discern this can really help boost your awareness because their answers will be truthful. Always verify answers that do not seem clear or truthful to you. If you have any doubt or confusion it is an indication that you should not trust the information you are receiving. If you continue to have particular trouble getting clear, trustworthy emotional responses, you can at this time say to the Universe: Universe, Please clear up the energy around me I am having trouble discerning the answers. Ask your question again and see what happens.

8. Now ask the Universe another question.
For example:  Universe, is my guide assigned to me?

You can ask the Universe more “yes” and “no” questions if you so desire. A really good thing to do is to make a list of interesting questions and then write the answers down. This is a really good record keeping process. You may even want to keep them in a notebook. I like to date and title all of my meditations and refer back to them to see the progress of my psychic awareness and my growing metaphysical consciousness. You can start with two or three questions at a time and just take your time. It does take a few minutes to really feel the answers and verify each one.

Extra shared information from the Universe:
A projection came at me to doubt this information. It was an emotion designed to suggest that the Universe assigns all of the guides. The Universe elaborated this information to help me see the whole truth and address it. Here is what they shared:
    There is a Universal mandate to pick someone and guide them for certain of us available master souls. This means that we are strongly urged to guide someone, but we are not assigned to a specific individual. At first it seems like we are, but in truth we even have the choice of changing our jobs and leaving individuals if we so choose. We prefer to work with groups of people. We are sometimes around you and sometimes around your friends who may or may not also be suffering attacks. We all have someone we prefer to work with because we feel an affinity with them, which is just a communication consideration. We do many things covertly leaving room for “personalizing” the way we communicate with each individual we work with. Everyone is different, but we work as consistently and methodologically as possible. We are not ever, ever, ever interested in having presumably intimate sexual relational encounters with any of you. That is outright nonsense and any being that claims to be your guide while proliferating these shenanigans is lying and should strongly be avoided. Its information will not be reliable and you will have to pay very close attention to the messages that come to you, seriously determining which ones are consistent and reliably helpful. Please remain hopeful and warrior-like in your constant uphill endeavor to learn all you can and master the energy around you.

10 Psychic Attack Coping Mechanisms

1. Distract Yourself and Stay Busy – When dealing with a psychic attack that is feeding us anxiety and restlessness, we tend to focus on the physical and emotional discomfort we are feeling. Take your mind off of this by focusing on something else. Here are some suggestions: movies, music, dancing, working out, jogging, spending time outside in a natural setting like a park, spending time with a friend, reading something that could further educate you about your experience, Tai Chi, yoga, making artwork or crafts, etc. 


***Anything that you find comforting is helpful. Begin to push yourself to pay attention to something that is comforting so that you are actively ignoring the thoughts (and/or telekinetic pain) being sent to you. You are making a statement to them (spirits, souls in the Universe projecting to you) that you are aware that it is an attack and that you know how to deal with it. Always give yourself credit for anything that works. If you watch a movie and you feel better then give yourself a pat on the back for choosing to cope healthily. It only takes one or two comfortable coping mechanisms to make yourself feel better in the moment. Remember, even if it is only a little bit, it is working.

2. Raise Your Vibration – LAUGHTER, LAUGHTER, LAUGHTER! Do anything and be with anyone that makes you laugh and laugh at the experience you are having. Laugh in the face of adversity. There is truly humor in everything and when laughing we are automatically sending a loving, kind and joyous vibration out through our souls’ energy that anything around us can feel, sense and learn from.

3. Stay Present - Stay present and take things ONE thing at a time. Psychic attacks are attacks at our emotions and our energy levels. Hypersensitivity to anxiety, depression, anger, feelings of hopelessness, and restlessness, spiraling negative thoughts/messages are very upsetting, so slow down and focus on ONE thing at a time. If you are drinking something, just taste it. If you are working out, just focus on breathing by counting the breath. Stuff like this is GROUNDING. An attack is UNGROUNDING so take the time to GROUND again. Actually, staying present to any of the suggestions on this list is an exercise in grounding. Grounding meditations can also be found on the internet.

4. Mantras, Prayers & Affirmations –Mantras are associated with various spiritual practices that incorporate meditation. It refers both to traditional texts and chants that can be repeated for spiritual growth and comfort and to personal affirmations created by anyone and repeated for building strength and comfort. Prayers are also written for many reasons and can also be created from your heart to appeal to divine and/or benevolent beings in the Universe. I like to combine this useful coping tool with others tools. For example, I used to say when I went jogging in my mind as I breathed in "in God" and as I breathed out "out world" over and over. I have also used “in peace” and “out world”. This used to upset the beings around attacking me because I was outside getting all of that natural energy from the earth and I was building strength, faith and hope in all that is good at the same time. I also use mantras, affirmative phrases and positive words in artwork to train my mind to focus on positive thoughts. Try this with blank paper and crayons and just see how much better you feel in minutes. Prayers are personal preference. I have used many different ones. Say prayers, mantras and affirmations as often as you need to until you feel stronger, more determined, and more comforted.

5. Creativity, Artwork & Color Therapy – Our creativity is one of the most enjoyable and comforting coping mechanisms already innate within each of us. Be creative in any way you feel called to be. Creating artwork helps me to heal and share healing with others by sharing the mantras, affirmations and positive words that comfort me in gentle, uplifting colorful pieces of artwork. These lovely little creations remind me that I can always change my mood to one of reflection and hope by doing something creative that I enjoy. Color has very deep and meaningful effects on our emotions and can be used to change our moods, the atmosphere of our homes and rooms, and our energy levels. Use bright, warm and tropical colors to raise your vibration when doing art therapy, designing things in your homes or merely choosing something to wear from your wardrobe. Explore the how the color makes you feel and observe how it affects you throughout the day.

6. Remembering God with one white Candle – This is optional and I found it helpful. A single white candle in art history represents the presence of God. Some modern perspectives on the white candle also suggest it can represent the Christ presence. I would light one white candle, a simple tea light, and say a quick affirmation: "this represents the presence of God and Jesus in my life and in my home". It's like you are telling all that stuff around you (malevolent and harmful beings) what you believe in and they can't take that away from you - you AFFIRM it through your favorite actions and reminders. When I was feeling particularly anxious and miserable I would look at the candle and almost always feel a surge of hope, like a reminder, that there is always hope and love and that the presence of the divine is always, in some way, helping. God, Jesus and the archangels can all be collectively remembered in this fashion and even referred to generally as beings in the Universe. The Universe, however, is thankfully made up of many enlightened ascended masters and is not merely limited to these three.

8. Reclaim Your Space (For rooms that heighten your sense of fear/anxiety) – When going through any type of trauma we often don’t realize how much the space around us is becoming a part of the hurtful memories we may associate with that experience. The room you spend the most of your time in during a psychic attack can become the most anxious reminder of the unpleasant experience you remember. This is no different than if a rape victim were to be afraid to return to the place he/she was raped and can cause flashbacks, anxiety, fear and more trauma to psychic attack sufferers as well. It is a commonly recognized symptom of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. (Read more about this for further understanding of other symptoms.) Since most of us cannot simply pack up and leave our homes or replace all of our furniture, reclaiming your space after attack sequences becomes an important aspect of coping and comforting yourself. Rearrange and clean your room (or any anxious space) until you feel a different kind of energy there. The change in the visual aspect of the room will soften the room in your memory instead of amplifying the memory out of proportion. Add a colorful piece of uplifting artwork or fabric to your walls. Change the comforter on your bed until you are satisfied it feels like a place of rest. Throw out unwanted things that may be anxious reminders that cause you to panic, but challenge yourself to keep a few things and become immune to their affects over time. For instance, instead of throwing out too many anxiety-stimulating pieces of clothing, I put them in unused drawers and did not wear or look at them for 6 months or so. After finding them again in the spring, I was delighted to feel strong enough to wear them again knowing that I did not let the fear cause me to throw them out. I empowered myself by keeping certain things and tossing others. On another occasion I shredded many of my old t-shirts and learned how to make a braided rug as a symbol of transformation and change. If you are attacked repeatedly and it seems to happen in cycles that may be 3-6 months in length, then it may be necessary to reclaim your space more than once. So, don’t break the bank changing out the energy in your home. Save money by being creative and clever. 

9. Be Positive and Share Your Wisdom - I just wanted to mention that cheesy movies with good morals and heartfelt expressions of sincere love are a good way to connect with the deeper meaning of love and faith. So are meaningful poems and inspirational literature. I used to use the movie as a lesson and just tell those around me “See that is real love, it's not all physical” and so on. I would say, “this is what I want to send you spirits, beings, this true love, I want you to have this and to share this with others”. Sometimes they feel the love from you and just change their minds and leave you alone or start helping. I actually felt something LEAVE my body on its own free will once. As they say, God is love, so always send love. 

***It is also helpful to focus on helping others suffering from psychic attack by sharing what you know and have learned. Form or get involved with a metaphysical support group in your area or online and stay connected so that the flow of information can keep being shared in everyone's highest good ~ the Universe.

10. Training and Endurance - Think of these things as training opportunities. This is a type of endurance training. It won't always be this intense but just like running your first 5-mile marathon, it kind of sucks because you've never done it. Once you do it and have the right pace and breathing and some practice, it gets easier. So, once you have the coping mechanisms you prefer and the support group you know you can trust, this also gets easier. Even when I feel attacked and I know “atomarane” isn’t able to email me for a day or two because of her personal life activities and responsibilities, I comfort myself by saying: “This is only a temporary setback. She ALWAYS emails me and it ALWAYS makes sense and helps me feel better and I ALWAYS learn something when we skype. So, LOOK FORWARD to any comfort you will also receive in the future. This is also staying positive. :-)

I am a physical rape survivor, a domestic violence survivor, and a psychic attack survivor. Many of these coping mechanisms I discovered while allowing myself to enjoy the gift of counseling at a women's shelter and from various books I have read on sexual assault, domestic violence, neuroplasticity, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have put this list together based on what I discerned were the most helpful techniques for ANY traumatic situation including and especially psychic attack and psychic rape. "Coping mechanism" is a psychological term for any consciously used healthy skill that promotes healing and acceptance. (This is different than a "defense mechanism" which is reserved for referring to those unconscious actions we employ in the moment that often only make our anxiety, fear and unhealthy emotions seem stronger causing us more stress and triggering difficult defense mechanisms in those around us.)
