How to Read this Blog

I had so many confusing and embarassing moments that I decided to share much of what I eliminated from my early experimental meditation toolbox on the sidebar with the hope of helping people to avoid the experiences of pain and suffering that I went through when they began to periodically clear these things up so that I could meditate beyond them more and more, and with a more clear and confident conscience. Here in America, I was totally able to use the Arch Angel Michael method to become enlightened.

Unsure About Reiki

I am having doubts about using reiki for psychic protection and have read that some Buddhist teachers do not allow the practice of reiki during retreats. Furthermore, some Buddhist teachers have told students to never practice it again after sitting in a Vipassana retreat.

I will blog more about this when I can decide how I feel about it. Google reiki controversies to see the other side to this energy concept. I myself experienced a very bad energy when the monk prayed a sacred prayer over me in the presence of the reiki book I presented to him. He did not touch it nor did he ask to see it and I feel the monks are holy men guided to holy safe practices.

We must all make our own decisions.

I believe reiki is a psychic trap designed to keep us from focusing on enlightenment and the truth.
Please avoid it.

SET UPS TO BE WARY OF

Here is a short list of few of the currently purported metaphysical methods which are not even remotely necessary in order to have your clairaudient, clairsentient, clairvoyant and kinesthetic sensitivities calibrated and cleared up more for your individual and unique level of awareness and biological comfort.

1. There is absolutely no need whatsoever for Reiki attunements or even Reiki healings. This is a group of people that have been confused about what spirits have been doing around them and may have not been able to meditate beyond it. Buddhist teachers will never recommend that you try these methods or magic items as they have it in their knowledge that it is a type of mischeviousness, but, that mischeviousness is just around us. It is not really the people and I know we totally need more encouragement and guidance for meditating beyond it now.

2. These things are available for you to use as early training tools to get in touch with your spirit family - tarot cards, angel cards, meditation games, etc. - but you do not ever have to feel obligated to by them or feel bad if you throw them away. You can totally meditate safely in a personal journal that you may or may not keep on a computer. You can keep these cards and other curious items as souvenirs on your wild and crazy journey once you have meditated beyond it as this will mean you have discerned that you do not truly need it after all. I totally used to have a deck of tarot cards when I was kid, so don't sweat it. I like the angel ones now because they are really positive and gentle. Here in America it is totally true that the Arch Angel Michael souls are coming around us when we ask them for various kinds of help. So feel free to investigate the angels in meditation. They have them in every culture.

Learning how to channel facts and info with the UNIVERSE is absolutely the best way to heal from psychic attack in the western world. Your spirit guides will introduce them and they'll all explain it. Be prepared, as just like in our daily jobs when someone gets on our nerves one day and someone else gets on our nerves another day, psychic attackers (entities) will come and go. Since our physical bodies here on earth are unfortunately susceptible to this invasion, maybe it's just time we learned to accept and deal with it metaphysically as a culture and a species in a uniquely vulnerable bio-spheric experience.

Being awakened to your psychic capacity is a completely life changing event that benefits from wholehearted and healthy lifestyle changes. So, just take some leaps if the suggestions you are hearing seem hard to accept at first with all of the new and honest information you are learning. They work out positively for me every time, so there's really nothing to be afraid of. Just do your best.

Energy healers and shamans cannot make the problem go away as so many of us have believed and even tried to pray for. So, save your money and just meditate regularly. They need to move on, too, from outdated methods. You should never feel bad if you feel like the only place you can go to find peace is a conventional church or monastery as that is what those places are designed for. It's perfectly natural to seek peace when things are not going very well. Just remember that what you may be experiencing may not have happened to other people so they may not always understand what you are looking for there and may seem innocent. Just be polite to anyone there and talk to your guides a little privately. You can even say a little prayer if that would make you feel better. I have been comfortable with all types of monastery settings during my transition and I feel that there is great value in taking on a personal reverent practice, but we do not have to agree with all of the teachings because each generation becomes a little more aware as we evolve. Maybe one day they will know more of the truth, too, and we will be able to talk more freely about our spirit guides and metaphysical pain. Hopefully in the near future there will be more meditation groups and community centers popping up so that we can all get together and start sharing our unbelievable experiences, as well as meditating. For now, just do what you can and frequent any of the meditation groups in your areas that you feel comfortable with.

I am teaching these methods loosely because I understand how traumatic this can be firsthand. The medical field is totally discriminating against people that become clairaudient without honest, sincere investigation into the traumatic and permanent discomfort that results from a midlife awakening in our human biology. I have cultivated a general method that can be used to teach us how to begin discerning our spirit guides, the proud group of souls that we are totally related to working with Creator Soul Guide as the Universe in order to help our people through psychic transition . They can help you reach out to investigate the facts and the myths about many of the people we have always considered enlightened like the various Sufi mystics, Buddhas and Christian or Middle Eastern spiritual figures. In addition, you can reach out to our extraterrestrial cousins from the Pleiadian star system, etc., as there are actually a few other species out there and you may have been one of them in another lifetime. You can even ask them to help you reach out to your family and take messages to loved ones. This is an easy journaling process that yeilds positive results and cumulative knowledge that you will see for yourself if you just find the dedication within yourself to keep a few pages a week like a log. These revelations of truth and even truth bombs will blow your mind. You can totally use the internet to pull up historical documents and reference material to help you verify what you are getting in your meditations.
